2. Consultation Services — Advisory, Not Legal Representation

CSE offers advisory consultations. Unless a separate, written engagement expressly identifies legal representation as the scope of work (and CSE has agreed in writing to act in that role), a consultation does not constitute:

• Legal representation before any court, tribunal, appellate authority, regulatory body (CPCB, SPCB, MoEFCC, SEBI, GST authority, Customs, IT authority), or adjudicating authority.
• A solicitor–client relationship.
• A chartered-accountant engagement or sign-off.
• An auditor's report, attestation, or certification.
• A guarantee of any specific regulatory outcome (registration approval, refund, credit issuance, audit clearance).

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Although CSE draws on 24+ years of consulting experience across EPR, carbon and circular-economy engagements, CSE does not guarantee any specific outcome as a result of any consultation, advisory service, training or document produced. Outcomes in regulated processes depend on factors outside CSE's control, including regulator's discretion, change in rule or interpretation, third-party conduct, and the completeness and accuracy of information you provide.

CSE's advice is based on the information you share during the consultation or engagement. You are responsible for ensuring that the factual information you provide is complete and accurate, that documents and data you supply are authentic, and that you inform CSE of material changes in your facts between engagement milestones. 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India, except where Indian law mandates a different forum (e.g., consumer disputes under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant District / State / National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission based on the claim value and your location).

13. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Entire Understanding
